Sales Executive

Post Title: Sales Executive

Responsible To: General Manager

Location: Plymouth

Hours: Full time position

Salary: Generous, reward-based

 

Description of Role/Responsibilities:

·       Identify potential clients, research their needs, and initiate contact with key personnel.

·       Build relationships with prospects through calls, emails and meetings to identify and progress new sales opportunities.

·       Assist in managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.

·       Liaise with internal teams to review and confirm technical details for all requests from sales prospects.

·       Manage the handover for new sales to the project and accounts teams.  

·       Gain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

·       Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and pipelines to meet and exceed targets.

·       Work closely with marketing and other teams to drive initiatives that generate sales leads.

 

Job Requirements and Skills

·       Recent graduate with a good degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (other backgrounds will be considered).

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       A passion for sales and willingness to learn and grow in a sales-focused environment.

·       Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a desire to meet and exceed targets.

·       Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

·       Confident and outgoing with a natural ability to build relationships.

·       No prior sales experience required; training will be provided.
