PEPPOL for Suppliers

To enable the benefits of digital trading, the NHS in England and Wales and now increasingly in Scotland and Northern Ireland now requires the adoption of the Peppol standard throughout their supply chain. As a certified Peppol Service Provider, we can connect you to the Peppol network without the need for you to change your systems.  For suppliers who want full integration, we can support any message formats and communications protocols you currently use, and convert from/to the Peppol BIS documents exchanged via the Peppol network.

Our hosted and fully managed Peppol EDI service can support whatever message formats and communications protocols your system needs to use or you can simply connect via our Peppol portal.

No enrolment fees

There is no enrolment fee for choosing the EDI Plus service. We simply charge a one-off set-up fee when you want to start exchanging data via Peppol, and annual subscription fees relative to the amount of business to be transacted. These fees can be fixed in advance.

Peppol portal

If your business volumes do not justify integration with your own systems, we can provide access to a secure Peppol portal. There, you can view, download or print your Peppol orders. Electronic invoices and other transactions can then be easily produced and sent back, either from your own systems via our EDI service, or directly from the portal.

With our Peppol certified service taking care of the different technical details for your various customers, you can now achieve NHS EDI compliance with much less cost and effort than ever before.
